By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

The Advocate Office Management System is a subscription-based software product that includes:

  • Application access
  • Cloud hosting
  • Ongoing technical support

As this is a digital service, no physical goods are shipped.

2. Subscription Plans Covered

This policy applies to all subscription plans, including but not limited to:

  • Monthly Subscription: ₹1,499 / month
  • Yearly Subscription: ₹12,000 / year

(All prices exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.)

3. No Return Policy

  • Since the product is digital and service-based, returns are not applicable.
  • Once access to the software is provided, the service is considered delivered.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Rule

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Partial usage
    • Early cancellation
    • Non-renewal after activation
    • Change of mind

4.2 Exceptional Refunds (At Company’s Discretion)

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Payment deducted but service not activated

In such cases:

  • A written request must be submitted within 7 days of payment
  • Supporting proof (transaction ID, payment receipt) must be provided
  • Approval of refund is at the sole discretion of XtraLearn Technologies

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation will stop future renewals only.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.
  • Access will continue until the end of the paid subscription term.

6. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

  • Some plans may be auto-renewed for user convenience.
  • Users are responsible for managing subscription renewal settings.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not make the payment refundable.

7. Service Suspension & Termination

No refunds will be issued if the account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions
  • Misuse of the software
  • Illegal or unethical activities
  • Non-compliance with applicable laws

8. Taxes & Payment Gateway Charges

  • Any applicable taxes, payment gateway fees, or bank charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed after deducting such charges.

9. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

10. Changes to This Policy

XtraLearn Technologies reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
